The staff here was really friendly and willing to help. the location of this place is awesome, close to a lake and a park. I even grabbed a cup of coffee at Market Cafe Vdara, just a short 10-minute walk away. ☕.

Everything was wonderful, fantastic location just off the city walls in the park, a lovely lake and all the WW1 battlefields, really nice experience. The room itself was well-appointed and had an attractive view over the lake.

The bedroom was nice, located in a beautiful building in a stunning location near the Menin Gate memorial.

We would recommend this hotel, spent here good 3 nights. Lovely small and stylish venue, fantastic location not far from the centre of Ypres, surrounding area, and the lake. What a very very helpful staff. They gave us a beautifully decorated room with a chest of drawers, great view, and exquisite decor.

A delightful stay at Vijverhuis. From the warm welcome to the well-appointed room, we were impressed. the kitchen was a great added bonus for those who prefer to cook their own meals. the comfortable lounge and sleep-friendly bed made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast overlooking the lake was a definite plus. the location was convenient, just a short walk to town. We would definitely choose Vijverhuis again if we return to the area. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.

Our room had an amazing balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake, perfect for relaxation. The room was spacious and had plenty of room for our luggage. The communal kitchen was convenient for quick meals. Walking into the town only took 15 minutes. Ample onsite parking. The peaceful location was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. We had an absolutely fantastic stay!
